will copper ram sinks work on DDR system ram?

i was wondering if artic silvering som copper ram sinks to my samsung will enable it to be pushed a bit farther.

how many more mhz can be squeezed out of it?

my gf3 ti200 with ram sinks got me another 25mhz

anyone try this?

Unless you are overclocking the cr@p out of the memory it should not be necessary, but it helps. You may also want to install a case fan to blow air on top of the DDR Memory.

I would suggest against this if I were you. Just blowing a fan on it would be better and that way you dont have to do anything permanent.
