Will cooler master heat sink keep athlon xp 1800+ cool

i got a cooler master dp5 on my 1 ghz t-bird. planning on getting xp 1800+ oem and using same heat sink and fan. will this keep cpu cool? Thanx!
 
And dont run Seti with that one either.. it will eventually overheat.
But works fine for everyday surfin... hella lot quieter than my Deltas
