Will connecting all the L1 on my t-bird harm the processor?

I mistakenly connected all the L1 connectors on my t-bird. it has unlocked my processor, but i can't get over 8.5x100 for 850 on my 800mhz processor. i can however now get 8.5x109 for 926 and it is pretty stable. should i try to remove the connections, and replace them with the adjacent ones suggested? Is it unusal to be able to do what i am doing, getting 926 the way I am, and 9x100 not working?

Just erase the lead and redo the unlocking. 926 wth 109 bus is faster than 950 with 100 mhz bus.

thanks Dark4ng3l i guess it is ok to use an eraser? about the other thing, doesn't it seem odd though? can't even get 9x100 for 900?
