Will cingular give me anything for my phone?

I don't think I can stand my Nokia 3360 any longer. This is my second one because the other one kept screwing up. This one still screws up every once in a while. I want the Motorola v60t. Will Cingular give me anything for my 3360?

If you are already past the first 12 months of your plan, you can cancell and restart a new service plan and get a new phone. OR... if you've been paying the $3.95 insurance fee, then just brea your phone and get a new one.

get insurance.. . and when lockline ask u wat phone u have.. see if u can get away by saying 8390...

Why would you claim insurance on a phone that is not broken? That is repulsive. That is why insurance and phone plans are so expensive. A big

4 bucks for monthly insurance..
and 30 dollar for a new phone ..

u know it is the user that's abusing the insurance..
but it is actually cingluar, i went, and the guy won't even look at my phone
just asked me wat's wrong, i told him i think my phone is not stable
then he said u have insurance ? just do a claim, it is fast and u get a new phone
so

if u r paying 4 bucks a month for insurance.. why waste those money... get a new phone and get ur insurance money worth

I think you should be banned for advocating insurance fraud.
Hell, not only are you advocating making a false claim, you're advocating attempting to make a claim on a different phone in the hopes you get a "free" upgrade.
Why do you piss me off? Because MILLENNIUM and JZERO and other HONEST individuals end up having to pay the difference for a bunch of cheapskates like you.
