so i'm watching Game of Thrones and a lot of dudes wear capes. looks cool. i always admired capes and hope one day they will make a comeback. anybody else wish they could walk publicly with capes without being ridiculed?

The day that capes come back into style is the day that a million people get their capes stuck in automatic doors and turnstiles.

I saw this 10 year old kid with a ginger Jewfro who looked like my grandmother at CVS, and he was wearing a cape and a wizard's hat.

I have a Woot! cape that I made for beer Olympics. It's hanging up in the closet. Might wear it for Tough Mudder or when I'm drunk.

Looks like this:

My 7 year old son was rocking a cape at the park this past weekend. He was the only one with a cape, the other boys were jelly and the little girls were all up on him!

Loved it when my boy was so unselfconscious that he'd go in public wearing his super hero costumes.:awe: "Yo, there's Spider man." He'd beam.

Cloaks are very practical. I've always found the concept of a single piece of cloth used as clothing appealing. At one time I was halfway considering buying a great kilt, but there isn't enough reason to wear one for the huge price tag.
