Will Biostar TF7050-M2 boot to bios screen w/o RAM?

Anyone know if this board will boot to the bios display with no RAM installed (the onboard video shares system memory, but I wonder if the onboard video has enough memory to display the bios screens).

I ask because I'm not getting video out on my mobo. The status LED on the board is lit up so to indicate a video problem, but my memory had been acting a little wierd - it started out showing as PC800 on boot (which is what it is), but recently was showing as PC533. I wonder if the memory had crapped out if it would totally kill the video out or not.

I need to figure out whether I should be RMA-ing the board, or the memory, or both.

Thanks

Specs:
Biostar TF7050-M2
1.9GHz Brisbane
Patriot 1GB PC2 6400 800MHz CL5 (PSD21G8002)
Maxtor ATA HD

No it won't, and no, the onboard video neither has any of its own RAM nor would that help the system BIOS boot.

Having system RAM is absolutely mandatory to even get past the first couple of early BIOS steps.
