Will Best Buy exchange a monitor if .......... (?)

............ I have the 4yr warranty deal ?

It's a little over 1 year old & it's a Veiwsonic A90f . It's fading in & out of Brightness & it's so bad that at times it fades to where I can barely see whatever is on the screen .
I just called Best Buy and they said that depending on the Model &/or Manufacturer of the monitor , they will exchage it for the same or closest of the Brand .


Just wondering if anyone had any dealings with BestBuy w/exchages such as this .
