Will Best Buy allow you to return something if you don't like it?

My girlfriend's sister is thinking about buying some computer speakers and wants to be able to return them if she doesn't like them. Does Best Buy allow that? She just wants to buy them and try them out for a week or two.

i would think so. just make sure she reads the return policy, keeps her reciept, and keeps all the packaging.

yup, and she shouldn't get charged a stocking fee ( i dont think )
just make sure EVERYTHING and i mean EVERYTHING comes back with it.

I've returned a couple of things there using the "I didn't like it" excuse. They didn't hassle me any. I'm not sure what their official policy is...it may depend on the person working the customer disservice desk.

Even if they didn't allow that as an excuse... just say "it didn't work for me."

"Would you like another one?"
"No."

Only thing you can't return is opened software/music/movies. Everything else is returnable for ANY reason, but laptops do have a restocking fee (15%).

Yes, but why would you want to keep returning there at this time of the year just to find the right set?

Do your homework before making a purchase 🙂
