Will ATI Graphics card work with Asus CUSL 2 mobo?

I Have a All-in-One 128 ATI graphics card, do the asus cusl2 work with another graphics card (even though it has built in graphics)?

The CUSL2 has an AGP Pro slot for an additional video card. My dad has a CUSL2 with an ATI Radeon 32DDR. The CUSL2C boards have an AGP 4x slot. The onboard video is automatically disabled once a card is installed in the AGP port.

As GT noted, they will work fine and the i815E's graphics is disabled once you install your card. I've got a V5 5500 running on one, and a Radeon LE running on another CUSL2. Just don't remove the protective label over the 20pin bay of the AGP Pro slot unless your AGP card has a retention notch (which it likely does not).
