Will anyone ever use another nuclear bomb in war?

How likely do you think it is that someone might agree to use nuclear bombs in war again? Do you think it will happen within our lifetime?

If any nation uses atomic bombs in the future, I can nearly guarantee that it will be used to start a war with the U.S.

I should clarify...

The basic physics involved are rather simple. It's getting the fissionable materials that's difficult, along with the precision machining necessary.

Kim Jong Il or someone similar is bound to use one eventually.

You certainly can't deny that there are a lot of people that are very unhappy with the USA.

I don't want to be around when a nuke goes off anywhere in the world; chances are it will start WW3.

likely scenario:
Nuclear corporate company X wants to regenerate billions of $$$. It hires Y to instigate a way with Country W and Country Z. Both country pay top $ to corporate company X.

You can substitue nuclear with oil in the above scenario btw 🙂

It isnt a question of "if"...just "when"

Hopefully with technology will have a defense against it.

I think scientists are bound to come up with a vaccine to guard against it soon.
