Will any of my spare PSU's work with this new system?

I am building a new "portable" gaming rig out of spare parts. Specs are below...

A64 3000+ on a ASUS A8N-VM mobo with 2x512MB PC2700 and a XFX 7600GT PCX videocard. This is inside a Q-Pak style case with one SATA HD and two DVD-RW drives.

The only two spare PSU's I have are two older, but in very good condition Antec True Power units, one a 330W and one a 380W, but both are 20-pin and this mobo has a 24-pin connector and this videocard does NOT have a separate power cord hookup.

I plan on doing a lot of DVD burning and 3D gaming on this rig, so need to know if either of my current PSU's will work. If not, I need a recommendation for an inexpensive unit that will. I don't want a dirt cheap unit, but also don't want to spend $100+. $60 would be my max with an ideal price of under $40. I also prefer to buy from Newegg, but will go elsewhere if need be.

Right now, this one leads my choices, but since I know very little about PSU's, let me know if my choice is a good one or not...

My friend is using a 2-3 year old 430W Antec truepower to run a much more power-hungry system than that and has no trouble at all. All he did was get a 20 to 24-pin adapter. The 380W PSU should be fine after an adapter and actually you might be able to not use the adapter - some mobos work fine without the other 4 pins connected.

I was thinking about buying that PSU too but I wasn't sure if it would be able to reach in a P180.

So...I'll stay tuned and see what everyone else has to say about it.

I am currently running the same system on the 330W PSU, but that's using built in graphics. The mobo does work with the 20-pin of the old PSU, but my worry is that those extra 4 pins might be needed when I add the 7600GT PCX videocard. Not sure.
