Will an Ultra X-Connect 550W work with my new rig?

I currently have an Ultra X-Connect 550W PS in the following system (which I've been running for about 2 years now with no issues, no overclocking)

Athlon 3500+, MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum MB, 1 Gig Crucial Ballistix (PC3200), GeForce 6800 GT

I only plan to overclock slightly if at all on my new system which I'm just about to build.

Gigabyte P965-S3 MB, Intel E6600, 2 Gigs Corsair DDR2 800Mhz, PNY Geforce 8800 GTS

Will this power supply work ok here or should I grab something different?

I needed a +12v 18A for my bfg 6800gs oc

i'm sure your gt wants more amps

i pick up a enermax with +12v 22A

my antec smartpower 500W +12V 17A my sounds when i installed my 6800 gs

I mispoke initially, I have the 500W, not 550W Ultra X-Connect. I just checked and it's rated for +12v 34a so although I'm sure it's not the best PS out there, sounds like it should do the trick unless perhaps I want to try some more agressive overclocking.

That PSU should work fine with your setup, without overclocking. Go for a better PSU when you want to overclock anything.
