will an SLK 800a and NMB 3110 be enough for 2100+ OCed?

Hey gang,

I got 5 NMB 3110s for $10, and have used them to quiet my PSU, my case fans, and now I'm wondering if I can clip one to an slk 800a for cooling my new rig I'm building...

I've bought an Epox 8RDA+, 512MB DDR 2700 (it was on sale), Asus Ti4200 (will OC of course), XP2000+ or XP2100+ (not sure which yet), etc. etc....
I want a quiet rig that is fast, and so two questions I guess...

1) is my idea of an SLK 8001 with NMB 3110 enough for standard use...

2) is my idea of an SLK 8001 with NMB 3110 enough for overclocking to 2.3 Ghz (my target for the XP2100+ if I do get it)

The case is an Antec Mid-Tower (think AlienWare case - same exact one) with one NMB fan in the front, two running in the back, and a 300W Antec PSU if that matters for whatever reason.

NewEgg sells the 800a for $38 balloons, is that a great price? seems kinda high?

Please help me soon?, as I want to order my parts and build this thing this Saturday... 🙂

Thanks you guys,

GS
