will an ENLIGHT EN-7237AZ MEDIUM TOWER P4 CASE work with an xp and ecs k7s5a?

I was going to buy a 340 watt ENLIGHT EN-7237AZ MEDIUM TOWER P4 CASE for 60.00 from newegg, then I saw that it doesnt say ATX and it does say P4 on the description. Will this case work with an ECS K7S5A and an Athlon xp? I an new to this as you can tell and I want to order the right case.

It will be fine

The fact that it is 'P4 compliant' just means there is another connector on the PSu and mounting holes on the motherboard. It is Atx (2.03 at a guess)
