You should be fine with that. It's not the 12v rail I would be concerned with, just the total wattage considering 3 HDDs, 2 opticals and 2 Gigs of RAM and the power hungry 6800GT. You will probably still be good to go.

Well it may be only two hard drives and one optical, haven't decided yet...
