In the product details section of every product's page, there's a link to "tell Amazon about a lower price." My experience is that if the product is not highly ranked in sales volume and the other place's price is not due to a very limited-time sale, they will change the price of the product.
Thanks, I'll give it a shot...
Edit: Found it by searching on "tell" on the page.
Edit 3: This actually probably
is a very limited time sale. It's good for less than 3 days, then expires.
Edit2: They ask if it's online or not and I said not, because it's store pickup and by virtue of a newspaper ad. They have ads basically every day. If you go online, you can't find the 89.99 price, well I couldn't to save my life just now. It rings up as 139.99. So, if someone at Amazon tries researching the price I quote, I don't know that they could find it. Plus, even if I knew how to find the price online, I don't see a way to clue Amazon in to it. If they called a store, they could maybe corroborate the price. Maybe. I have no idea if it's nation wide, or just Northern California. I know they don't do this a lot, I've been watching their ads. This is new!
