Will Amazon Honor This Rebate?

I bought this San Disk 512mb Compact flash card because I thought it had a rebate, well I was filling out the rebate form when I noticed that the date on top says valid through 5/3/04 - 5/16/04. Amazons web site says that the rebate is vaild if purchased by 5/31/04. Will amazon honor this rebate or will they just tell me it was a typo and you're outta luck. If they won't honor it I'm going to cancel my order
 
ahhh thank you, I was trying to go to the website on the bottom of the form but it wouldn't open for me.
