Will all the fans have power to work?

OK so this is what the GA-P35-DS3R offers in terms of Internal I/O connectors.

1. 1 x 24-pin ATX main power connector
2. 1 x 4-pin ATX 12V power connector
3. 1 x floppy disk drive connector
4. 1 x IDE connector
5. 8 x SATA 3Gb/s connectors
6. 1 x CPU fan header
7. 2 x system fan headers
8. 1 x power fan header
9. 1 x front panel header
10. 1 x front panel audio header
11. 1 x CD In connector
12. 1 x S/PDIF In header
13. 2 x USB 2.0/1.1 connectors (supports 4 ports)
14. 1 x chassis intrusion header
15. 1 x power LED header

Now, with the NZXT Lexa. It comes with four fans. 3x120MM and 1x80MM. That's four fans in total. But, the GA-P35-DS3R only have 3 x fan headers excluding the CPU fan header. Does this mean one fan won't be able to work?

So the case your looking at has 4 fans total.
1 x CPU fan header you would use for your CPU HS fan.
1 x power fan header would be used for monitoring your PSU RPMs.
Now, your left with the two x system fan headers that you could plug one case fan into each one. The two remaining case fans you would simply run them off your PSU connections.

Yeah, good idea, or simply get a fan controller - they're fun to play with anyway!

Depending on which type (and how many) case fans you're running, you need to be careful about overloading the fan headers on your mobo - otherwise you'll burn it up... ;)

Good call VinDSL,

You can get a 4 channel Sunbeam Rheobus for 13 + shipping @ Jab-tech, and other places too.

Thanks a lot for the replies. I've been looking at cases and I think I might go with the Antec 900. So that thing comes with at least three fans plus the 200MM one. So, for fans that I cannot plug into my motherboard, there's a cable from my PSU that plugs into the fan? I don't know...I'm confused. I'm inexperienced when it comes down to simple things...:(

Case fans come with connectors that can be plugged into PSU cables. You don't have to use the headers on the mobo. However, hook all these fans up to PSU cables, and you'll end up with a rat's nest of y-splitters, adapters, and so forth, and so on...

With a fan controller, you only have to use one cable from your PSU, and all your fans plug into headers on the fan controller. It's sort of a high-tech combination of a power-strip and a light dimmer, if you will...

Here... give this a try...

Maybe that review will explain it better than we can... ;)

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh k :p Ugh, sorry for being so dumb. I think I might give this a try because I'm going to get 6 fans for my new PC.
Just one more question though, where does this fan controller go? Like in a PCI bracket or just on top of your case?

The sunbeam rheobus goes in a 5.25" bay. Google it up. There are quite a few reviews on it.

On a slightly unrelated note, is it possible to turn off the lights on the rheobus? I was considering buying one of these things, but the bling lights scared me away.
