Yes, though it will not be able to take advantage of the full 110W supplied by an AGPPro110 port.

The watts aren't supplied, they are allowed. Ohm's law is still valid, the current flow and thus the wattage only depends on the consuming component.

Meaning you MAY put a graphics card in there that requires up to 110 watts supply strength, but you don't have to.

Just for the record folks: AGP Pro is a superset of AGP, meaning in a roundabout way that the slot is backwards compatible to plain AGP.
