Sufficiently cool my Gainward ultra650/8x at 260/560? Also how can I tell beforehand if it will fit my card?

i think as long as your video card has heatsink mounting holes it will be ok

since it can sufficiently cool the radeon 9700 pro, it should cool your card fine
