Will a Zalman ALCu fit on this motherboard?

Can anyone tell me if the Zalman ALCU will fit on the Asus KV8?
Will this cooling unit extend beyond the edge of the KV8? I ask because my psu butts right up against the cpu end of this motherboard. The width of this unit is 109x109mm.
