Will a Tuniq tower fit into a Silverstone TJ-09?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if the Tuniq tower will fit into the Silverstone TJ-09 midtower, I know the tuniq is a beast of a heatsink but the TJ-09 is a really well built case with removable mobo tray, tons of case fan options (meaning great airflow)- all aluminum with a very stylish look. If the TJ-09 won't work then I will probably go with Thermaltake Armor full tower.

My system will be:
EVGA 680i
E6600 C2D
two 7600gt in SLI
Prolly thermaltake 700w PSU
X-FI platinum
WD 250gig hd
Ram still undecided, waiting for prices to drop...they are just insane right now
also maybe some MCP/SPP heatsinks

Might be forgetting a few things but this is the gist of it.

Thanks in advance for any input

Pretty sure it will. IMO the only cases that won't fit the Tuniq Tower would be the cases with a side duct (but you can remove those anyway).

Yeah I'm sure the Tuniq will fit in the TJ09 now because apparantly Newegg have it marked as a Midtower instead of Fulltower. Guess I should have just checked the specs for it 😱. The only thing is that this tower costs twice as much as a Thermaltake Armor....guess I better start saving up for this beauty.

Heh!

Yes, of course a Tuniq Tower 120 will fit into a TJ09!

I take it you're looking for reasons NOT to buy one, yes? 😀

lol 😀 I just might be unconsciously........but at this point, I really have nothing to stop myself from getting this case except maybe the price, like I said I will be saving up for this so Thermaltake armor is out the window at this point.

The stylish aluminum build (with window) and great airflow is enough to sell me on this beauty 😎

still need a good enough power supply for my system and with the new price cut thats coming to the Intel family, I might wait a month or so to get my 6600 (go GO price cuts!!!)

Smart man!

The TJ09 is a modern classic -- the '55 Chevy of computer cases...

Go for it! 😀

TJ-07 > TJ-09 if you dont mind the slight increase in size.

Personally i have both TJ-07 and armor. The TJ-07 is probably the second most expensive case i have got to play with. Most expensive was the tai chi.

Since the 09 falls in the price range of the 07, im assuming its built like it in quality and rivitless design. But why not go with a case where all owners have not had issues with, well except the rediculous expensive price.

If you have some questions on the Armor (happy armor owner here also). Best budget large tower case. The CM STacker isnt that bad either, and they both cost half the price of the TJ-07 and 09

Why not go beyond and get a UFO? you can always use it as a foot stand. :X
