will a Tbird run hotter than a Duron @ same volt and clock speed?

I am gonna upgrade and can't decide the duron 750 or tbird 750, both I know I can oc to around 950 and I will be content at that.
I don't mind paying more for the Tbird,
but I do mind the heat.
so which runs hotter?
 
The Tbird 750 will be hotter in general. However, the Duron 750 isnt far off due to the smaller contact area it has with the heatsink.
