Will A T-Bird 1.333GHz work on Pro 2A?

Hello,

Am wanting to know will a T-Bird 1.3GHz @ 266MHz FSB work on the MSI K7T Pro 2A? Will it be Stable.

New to AMD bords 'n chips so go easy..
Seems quite a cheap board but reviews ive read sound really good.
Currently got a Duron 750 but Im just thinking of the future.

Pro2 A is KT133 chipset and it will not run any thing higher than 115FSB

if you are lucky you can hit 115FSB

Pro2A will not run on the 266MHz FSB, so the 1.33GHz Athlon will not run on your board.
You could purchase a 1.33GHz Athlon and run it on the 200MHz FSB however, but you would be forced to lunlock the processor and change the multiplier or else you would be running it at 1GHz.

Your relegated to the 200MHz FSB processors with that mobo, your best option would be the 1.3Ghz Athlon on the 200MHz FSB, not the 1.33GHz.
