Will a stock HSF for a X2 6000+ or PHII 945 work with a Phenom 9750?

I am building a couple of gaming computers for friends with no money and I would like to keep it as cheap as possible since I also have no money.

One computer is going to have that 9750 that went on sale a few days ago but as it is OEM I have no HSF for it. I found in my closet an old HSF that either came from a 6000+ Brisbane or a PHII 945. Its has 'Foxconn 2ZR71-409' printed on the side, a copper(possibly just colored) base and 4 heatpipes.

Can I safely use this with a Phenom 9750?
