Question Will a stock air cooler work?

So I am looking at an Ryzen 9 3900X build. my office ambient temp is 22c. (I have a 3d printer and that is the temp the bed and hotend read when I power it up or if it’s left idle so it is an accurate temp.)
Will a stock air cooler work? My current i78700k uses a Noctua nh-d15 cooler with no issues.
