Will a Soyo SY-7IS2 work with a VIA C3?

Well, the topic pretty much sums it up, no?

And before everyone starts yelling about the C3 sucking, yes I know it's not a good performer, but that's a non issue here.
On the other hand, it does have some benefits that do matter, such as running extremely cool, and being extremely cheap.
