Will a Socket370 heatsink fit a Socket7 Mobo?

I know what you're thinking and the answer is, I just don't think WinXP is stable enough yet.

Yeah. Socket 7, Socket A, Socket 5, Socket 370... Ah.. there was a time when all HSF's would fit all sockets.

A Socket 7 heatsink may *not* fit a Socket 370 mobo.
