Will a SlotA Golden Orb work well enough for a non-overclocked .25um Athlon 650?

I know the slotA GOrbs aren't that terribly great, but a friend of mine is selling his Asus K7M and .25um Athlon 650, he just doesn't have a heatsink/fan for it. I'm going to put it in a system for my little brother so it won't be overclocked (he's got a 233 or a 266 now, 650 is a big enough jump for him 😉), and short of a really pathetic OEM cooler, the GOrb is about the cheapest I could find, besides it looks cool 😀

So my question is just the title...will a SlotA GOrb keep a .25um K7-650 cool enough?
