Will a second monitor & video card lag my system?

Just wondering whether having this Voodoo 2 and extra monitor is lagging my system at all or whether it should be lagging it. The second monitor is running off the second video card only right so nothing should be affected?

i thought the voodoo2 was a 3d - only card that couldn't be used for a second monitor?

dual monitors only really lag when 2D video benchmarks are run....because there's so much desktop resolution...3d games are always on on the primary monitor only, though, so they're not affected

real-life performance isn't really affected either

I would agree with Sohcrates, performace loss will be negligible.
