Will a replacement Alpha heatsink attachment clip work for an FOP32?

Got an FOP32 for $5 it just doesn't have a clip, I found an Alpha Heatsink replacement clip will that work?

I'm not sure about the Alpha clip, but I was using a clip from an older HSF (my FOP32-1 clip was broken). I got my replacement clip early this week. When I put the FOP clip on, my CPU temp. dropped about 8 degrees C. The FOP clip applied much more pressure than the old clip.
