Will a Raedon ddr 64 work better at high res than a GeForce2 MX

Heres the problem I have a SUN/Sony monitor equivalent to the GDM-500ps, I've tried them on GeForce2 MX cards and a TNT2, they work fine at low res 800*600 but when i go to 1028 (or whatever) they start to ghost. I know that a Vodoo5 will work, but do you think a Daedon 64 meg DDR will work fine as well? Any ideas as to what is causing the ghosting at higher resolutions....the monitors are spec'd to handle 1600*1200. I know its not a bad monitor because i've got plenty of them and others have the same thing happen

Nvidia chipsets are know for the not so good 2D video quality.
The best fot 2D is a G400, but a Radeon is almost as good.
(some monitors have a shimmering problem with the Radeon but that can be cured with a reg-setting wich is build in this tweaker )

The Radeon should provide superb 2D image quality at high resolutions. 2D image quality seems to vary almost randomly on GF based boards. My GF2 MX's 2D image quality is just as good as my Voodoo 3 was at 1024 x 768.

Either you were unlucky or I was lucky. 🙂
