Hello everyone, nice weekend to you all.

I'm upgrading my computer in just a couple of days now. I've pretty much got my research done on what parts im getting.
Just wanted to know if an ATI Radeon overclocked to 230/250 would be a bottleneck on the XP 1600+.

I plan on getting:

Soyo K7V Dragon+ (the fastest performing board vs. Shuttle's stability issues)
AMD Athlon XP 1600+
Enermax SX1030B (Full tower case, black)
512MB Crucial DDR RAM

I think I've got good parts going here and would like to keep them.

So what are your thoughts on the bottleneck issue?

In its current state your card should roughly offer you perfromance levels that sit between a GF2 Pro and a GF2 Ultra. While it's not the best card available for such a fast processor, it should still do pretty good in most games.
