Will a PEP66 fit on a 8k7a?????

I've seen one reply through searching that said it wasn't possible, but the base of a taisol(sp?) looks just as big as the alpha

hi there! got your email so i'll just reply in the forums cuz my school's mail server sucks! regarding your questions:

no, it was really easy to get the clip in place... just had to clip first on one side of the socket a holder and push down the clip on the other side with a little force!

i'm using the small 60x60x10 delta fan.. actually, i bought my pep66t from inflow direct too, they are really good people to buy from (this delta fan is the one that comes free with the pep66t). the heatsink and fan is cooling pretty well.

my temp for my cpu is 44 C as we speak (1400mhz tbird with four case panaflo l1a fans in an antec sx1040), but i live in so cal right now, which is scorching hot cuz of summer heat!! i imagine if u lived in a colder area u'd get sub 40 temps ez!

can't help u about the sanyo fan, haven't heard or tried anything with those on my heatsink yet! good luck!
