Will a PC133 SODIMM work in a Dell Latitude CPx system?

The Crucial site wants $100 for a 256MB PC100 SODIMM which is what Dell says the system uses. They sell a 256MB PC133 SODIMM for $41.

Anyone know if I can use the PC133 SODIMM instead and save a bunch of cash?

I give 10-1 odds it will work, however you may want to buy the RAM locally first, and if it works, take it back and buy Crucial.

The size could be different. I ordered PC100 for my dell CP instead of pc66 so I could save cash. When I got the chips, they were too big to fit both in....

And when do we get to see thumper?

Only a few, select people here have seen her, I don't plan to make our pictures public any time soon.
