Will a P4 2.6c get too 3.25Ghz ??? 250FSB ? using DDR500Mhz

You don't need DDR500..

It's absolutely not necessary, grab some PC3500 and run a 5:4 divider. Save yourself the money.

I've seen a lot of otherwise excellent o/c'ers with restricted 2.6C performance. If you go the high speed memory route, I believe you're better off with a 2.4C. Much higher probability of making the higher FSB on a 1:1 IMO, but the 2.6's that do o/c outperform the 2.4s.
