Will a Nvidia 8800 GTX fit in a Dell XPS 410?

I'm considering getting a scratch/dent Dell XPS 410 for under $1000 and then swapping out the graphics card to a nvidia 8800 GTX. Does anybody know if that would fit okay? The processor will be a Core 2 E6600 with probably 2 g of 667 memory. The only other issue I have is with the supplied PSU rated at 375.

Reviews of the Dell 410 indicate a power usage of 240 watts with a Dell GeForce 7900 GTX under maximum load. Will the 8800 GTX use 100 more watts than the 7900 GTX?

I'm thinking I can get a decent gaming system using this approach for around $1500. Any comments?

A DailyTech article showed around 321 watts under load for a 8800GTX, so +80 watts.

It's a monster card, click the Video tab at the top of this page and read the articles.
