Will a Multi-Function printer/scanner work with a wireless print server?

I know that I can print wireless, but what about scan over a wireless print server.
I really want to move my printer to the other side of the room, but I do need to be able to scan sometimes.

Thanks,
Mark

The Linksys WPS54G will NOT.... it is a POS anyway, even the setup wizard does not work right (the screen where you enter the WEP passphrase tells you to leave it blank and hit "NEXT" if you don't use a passphrase, just a WEP key, but when you hit NEXT, you get an error msg saying you must enter a passphrase between 1 and 16 chars.... what a joke.)

If you find another brand that supports scanning and printing off an HP Officejet, pls post.

Thx

I do know Canon makes various wireless networking printers and I think also multifuntionals.
They carry an R suffix and the option carries a $50-100 extra price premium---one coukl check it out by going to the Canon website and find the toll free number for ask before you buy.

I already have an HP Officejet G55, and wish to find a compatible Wireless USB Print Server.

Seems like each model has a very short "compatible" printers list.

Silex technologies has several versions of a USB "device server" that claims to be able to operate multifunction devices wirelessly. The base model is $100, and more complex ones are about $200. I haven't tried one, but have recently ordered the SX-1000U (cheapest).
