Hello, I was just wondering if this card would work on my old BX board, or if my AGP 1.0 slot does not supply the correct amount of power? looking to upgrade my video and CPU and checking out my options. Thanks.

Yes it will. AGP 2.0 cards support 1X, 2X, and 4X, and also a 3.3V AGP slot, 1.5V, and Universal AGP slot (1.5 or 3.3). Your slot would be 2X 3.3V... thats supported by AGP 2.0 so yes itll work.

OK, will all ti4200's work in any BX mobo?

Dulanic--I'm not doubting you. My Dad's having some kind of trouble with his ti4200, and I just wanted to verify that it will work in BX chipset mobos before he blows........

I'm guessing this would be for all brands of ti4200's, since they are basically nvidia?

Specifically, we are looking at mobos Abit BX6 rev.2, Asus P3B-F, Abit BE-6 II, Abit BX133 RAID.

Thanks,

This was my exact question. I also have a BH-6, now with a 1GHz Celeron. If I cannot sell my old system for a decent price I'll get a Ti4200 and use it for another year or so.

GreenGhost--Maybe someone will notice and we can get an answer. We've also bought a few BH-6's, which I think are the oldest mobos that work with Tul hacks. They still make for a very nice system.....even more so if they will work with GeForce 4's.

I'll try to get on an Abit ng and search.
