Will a Montego II Quadzilla soundcard be able to play 5.1 sound?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Turtle Beach Montego II Quadzilla sound card would be able to play dvds with 5.1 sound on my DeskTop Theater 5.1 DTT2500. I know it has 4 speaker support but I wasn't sure what the DTT2500 needed in a soundcard to be able to play 5.1 sound. Anyone got a clue? Thanks.
