Will a micro atx board fit in a standard full size (atx) case

This might be a silly question - do the holes in a micro atx motherboard align with a regular atx - just shorter?

yes, you can put a mATX board in a fullsize case. You just need to make sure the mounts are in the proper place. You may need to move some around.
