Will a live drive 1 fit in an alienware black midtower atx case???

i was reading the directron description and it says that the live drive ir for the platinum 5.1 series live cards won't fit in it. Is this the same thing as the regular live drive 1 that fits in the 5.25 inch bay .
 
Yeah the knobs get in the way but my friend shaved the knobs on his down to fit his case that has a door so it's not impossible to fit it you would just have to remove the knobs and make the smaller though I can't recommend this, I would think you could just push the Live Drive back into it's bay a little more until it fits..
