At times I need to log into customer's pc's using Bomgar to get to their phone system's command line via the local network. A few of the tech savvy ones have asked me for the "god" password I use to access the system at this level. They usually already administrate the system on their own. I used to work for the manufacturer so I usually get called when it's a bit beyond them. If they were running a key logger, would they be able to capture the password as I remotely type it?
