My epox-8k7a does not have a 1/5 devider right? I have been having some probs with my 9700nonpro. Could i have damaged it because I was running a fsb of 147 and a vcore of 1.85 on my 1800+ pally?? And i also had my card overclocked to 325/310. I think im gonna get it RMA'ed but i would like to know what i did wrong so i dont make the same mistake next time. Thanks!

8k7a does have a 1/5 divider, if you've updated your bios anyway. But I think it only kicks on at 166mhz fsb.

That would honestly depend on what problems you are seeing. I would clock everything back to default speeds, and remove / reinstall the drivers for your videocard. Usually a moderate vid card overclock wont do permanent damage, unless you were getting artifacts and lots of hard lock ups. Anyway, i would try that first . . .

Good luck,

well, i suddenly started getting artifacts one day so i clocked it down as well as my cpu. ut2k3 has jammed a couple times while playing, its never done that before. when i clock the video card back up to pro speeds and run ut23k bechmark it always jammed, didnt use to do that either. so thats why i thought i way have damaged it.
