Will a GTX560ti work with my current M/B

I plan on upgrading everything in the near future, but I might get a video card sooner than the rest.

Will the GTX 560 Ti work with my motherboard, ASUS PsK SE.

Something about PCIe x16 and PCIe 2.0 x16
