It has 385W max on 12V rail, which is about 32A, manufacturer sugggest 36A, so no

Yes, you'd be fine with any G92(b) core card (9800GTX+, 9800GTX, 8800GTS 512, 8800GT...)

It'll work. Don't worry. That stated 36 amp requirement for gtx 260 is BS. I could run
the GTX 260 on my current PSU which is a generic with 18 amp and single 12v rail/
