Will a Gforce 2MX PCI benchmark better than a VOODOO 3 3000 help because it's not.

which should benchmark better on 3dmarks 2000. Voodoo3 3000 benchmarked at 3268 and the pci gforce 2 MX at 2238 on a asus cusl2 with celry 600 at 936. HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!

Did you reinstall after switching video cards? and what drivers are you using (for the vid card) ?

Did you change the BIOS to detect AGP first? It almost sounds like it is using the onboard Intel graphics instead of the MX. Was the onboard video disabled?

Wouldn't he have to have the video cable plugged into the onboard video connector to use it. It sounds like he has the cable plugged into the MX card.

Are benchmarking the MX card at 16bit color(higher scores), or 32bit color? That V3 3k can only do 16bit color.

It is a PCI MX card so was the Voodoo 3 3000. i put alot of computers together using the cusl2 motherboard, but i always use AGP slot i went throw the bios and everything there looks right. it is set to PCI vga and onboard is off. drivers D 6.34 blaster.
