Will a fanless Alpha PAL15 be able to cool down GeForce2 GTS?

We need some technical specifications like the 'C/W of the device. You cant just go by look alone. Anyway, why do you want it fanless? That with a fan would be good.

I want it to be fanless because it is quiet.

A few weeks ago, I posted a thread regarding GeForce2 GTS' thermal design, I need this info to determine the correct heatsink size to dissipate the heat produced by the chip. In this page you can view Alpha PAL15's specification including its thermal resistance.

I really hope somebody can provide me this information cause I can't find them in NVidia's website.
