Will a Enermax Modu82+ 625W be quiet/enough juice for this system build?

Will the Modu82+ 625W be enough for the system? Will it stay quiet under load do you think? If not, I was thinking of going with the Zalman ZM1000-HP.

Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated.
