Will a AT power supply work with a socket 370 mobo?

Probably not. See if the AT power connectors will fit on the board's power connector, if it fits, it works. Describe an ATX mobo PSU connector (2 rows of pins) and an AT connector (1 row of pins) to the person, if they don't see an AT connector, it's a no go.
 
I don't think there were ever any AT style socket 370 mobos made. 99.999% sure it's ATX.
